Google I/O 2013 App released. Can't be there in person? Enjoy live, streaming video on mobile!

Google I/O 2013 will soon be upon us. The craziness is set to begin on May 15th and all things considered, the redesigned Google I/O versatile app, has showed up in the Google Play Store. The app is called Google I/O 2013 and it carries along some new characteristics for those who will be in participation, moreover, one superb characteristic for those who will be watching off-site.

Enjoy live streaming video with the off-site feature. For those that are not able to be there in person, to get all the free shwag and goodies, this will have to do. This is great for those of us that are unable to park it in front of a PC, chowing down on Doritos and Red Bull, all while being jealous of the new Nexus Tab or Phone that is handed out for FREE. Please don't quote me on this. Pure speculation on the freebies.

For those attending in person, Google included auto Wifi setup and NFC badge scanning. The schedule changes will automatically sync with your enabled devices and it has a really neat vector maps to guide you through the excitement.

The application includes HDMI out for live streams and can use Google+ for the login. Because of this update, Google I/O 2013 makes it useful for those that will be there in person and those attending virtually. The keynote will begin at 9:00AM PST on May 15th.
